How much do we charge to come to your house and evaluate your issue?

$85 regular call, $125 high rise and/or high end appliance. We charge an initial service fee of to come out to your house, run diagnostics, research parts necessary, and quote you the remainder cost for your repair.  Some brands and locations require a slightly higher service fee. The technician will tell you at the time of your initial consultation what the remainder of the fees will be to purchase parts and fix your appliance.


Do we sell parts directly, not included in the repair?

No. Although we do supply all the parts needed for repair, and they are covered under our service warranty, we do not sell parts directly to consumers.


Can you get a quote for your repair over the phone?

No. Due to the extensive nature of the appliance types and brands that we cover we highly recommend requesting a service call that will put an expert technician on site in order to properly diagnose your issue.


What is our warranty policy?

90 DAY GUARANTEE
The guarantee provides that if within 90 days from the date of your in-home repair your appliance fails to operate for reasons related to the original repair service when used normally in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, we will replace any parts that failed due to defects in the material or workmanship and perform any labor related to the original repair free of charge. Excludes damage caused due to service provided by any party other than Gulf Coast Service Center.  Parts are covered based on each individual manufacturer warranty.  If you have a part that fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period and we are able to submit that for replacement we will do so on your behalf.
